Cut the bullsh*t out of product development. Stop putting out fires, start planning strategically and build long-term capabilities. I have a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, with a MSc in Product Development from Chalmers University of Technology. In 2025, I was named Female Leader Engineer of the year. Parallel with my studies, I have taken courses in design, as well as painting and creating art. I have engaged in extra-curricular activities at Chalmers. For example, I was the chairwoman of the Equality Comittee at my programme. This taught me leadership and the importance of working strategically. In addition to this, I was also PR- and social media responsible in a non-profit student organization.
