I create, support, and enable the company to cultivate relationships with new and existing clients. My background in Asset Management and Investor Relations allows me to provide insight and perspective into property details and portfolio level decision making as well as successfully communicate with all clients and stakeholders. I previously served as Fund Administrator for our Luxembourg-domiciled funds handling the processes, requirements, and the teams mandatory for such entities. I also managed the investor relations for our European investors. I am a quick, curious, and eager study. I love learning new things and adding more skills to my repertoire. I have a background in all property types (retail, industrial, office, multifamily, and some hotel). I also am the Property Manager for a small rental portfolio. I can easily balance multiple deliverables at the same time. I consider myself a jack of all trades, so I have the flexibility and willingness to adapt to whatever challenge arises. I serve as an "AI Champion" in my office. Strengths: Communication, Asset Management, Investor Relations, Organization (wearing many different hats and managing multiple deliverables concurrently), Writing, Event Planning, PR, Project Management and Coordination, Problem Solving (including investigating), Networking, Public Speaking, Creative Production
I serve as the Fund Administrator for our Luxembourg-domiciled Funds, managing the current processes, investors, AIFM requirements, and launching a new Lux Fund entity. I am fortunate to work with internal, external, foreign and domestic legal teams, AIFM teams, foreign depositories, and nearly all departments within USAA Real Estate.
