I manage a caseload of defendant pre-litigated disease claims. This role provides a strong grounding in litigation, including early case assessment and preparation for potential proceedings. I also assist a solicitor on high-value complex matters throughout all stages of the litigation process.

I spent a day marshalling two Criminal Judges. I sat in court for a variety cases, including domestic violence. I witnessed sentencing hearings and bail decisions. I also observed a defendant being questioned on the stand, observing different examination techniques and courtroom etiquette.
