I am a 360 recruiter and team manager, working mainly on executive-level assignments across all sectors and with focus on HR and Marketing talent. Clients worked with include Dr. Martens, BT Group and Advanced. In addition to shortlisting candidates, client management, and design of JDs and interview processes, I oversee a team of researchers focused on the identification of talent pools for any live roles and first-stage reach outs. I am responsible for building capability across the team through feedback sessions and training, as required. I am also involved in the selection process and coordination of any Mentorship Programme projects for Ruebik's clients. This requires organisational skills, in addition to the ability to identify, attract and engage relevant talent.
I was leading a group of Analysts, organising and overseeing smooth running of operations. I set strategy for various social media monitoring and analysis projects, with focus on maximising internal resources and making sure all deadlines are met, and high client service standards are maintained. In addition to team management and overall quality control, I was responsible for the automated media alerts service, and continued working on more complex analysis projects for Social360 clients. I also coordinated the internship program, ran training sessions for any prospective hires, and lent support to the commercial part of the business.
