I've been in the technical recruitment space for 6 years and have experience sourcing, full-lifecycle recruiting, and leading a team. At Meta, I was fortunate to be involved in hiring and scaling Pathway Programs which allowed me to work with candidates from various backgrounds. I love building genuine relationships with candidates through the entire recruiting process so that I understand their career goals and how we can work together to achieve them. • Grew, managed, and developed a team of sourcers, specifically hiring for Meta’s Pathway Programs, seven programs which hire for non-traditional, historically underrepresented talent across both technical and non-technical pipelines. • Extracted and analyzed data to report to team and recruiting leadership at bi-weekly syncs highlighting pipeline performance and opportunities to increase efficiency in hiring. • Built relationships with cross-functional partners and business leaders, which included regular meetings to provide pipeline updates and strategize on hiring efforts and growth for DEI focused roles across NORAM and EMEA. • Led and supported as Emerging Talent Organization immigration POC to ensure immigration nuances were escalated to necessary cross-functional partners and resolved to provide an overall positive candidate experience. • Partnered with leaders to create and build out onboarding content for new hires, which included presenting to 75+ new hires on internal processes over the course of 2022.
• Managed full lifecycle of candidate recruiting process for technical pipelines of Meta’s Pathway Programs, which included sourcing, interview preparation, extending/closing offers, and coordination with candidates, compensation team, global mobility team, and coordination team to ensure overall positive experience. • Partnered with recruiting leadership to assess viability in expanding Pathway Programs in EMEA by providing market insights. • Built out onboarding efforts for new team members, which included organizing resources, holding team syncs to ensure alignment, and mentoring on internal processes. • Led partnership with Referrals team to ensure alignment on nuances of roles. Reviewed all incoming referral resumes and held internal Talent Drives in partnership with Referrals team to highlight roles and how internal employees could help in hiring efforts.
• Sourced software engineers for the Data Infrastructure Org utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter. Also sourced for roles within the areas of Applications, Data Mining & Machine Learning, Mobile, Front-End, Tools, and Performance. • Conducted preliminary phone interviews with candidates to determine fit within open roles.
•Communicated, engaged and scheduled meetings with diverse client base, including C-suite executives and board members that encompass 70% of the Fortune 500 in order to promote system usage and client satisfaction. •Coordinated communications between clients, Product and Research departments regarding any methodology questions within our different platforms.
•Recruited and staffed potential Research candidates through a process which included resume reviews, phone interviews, skype/in-person interviews, and university recruiting fairs. •Analyzed Securities and Exchange Commission filings to capture corporate governance and executive compensation data, which in turn was used to produce content pieces issued to clients and media outlets.
