Experienced Product Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and e-commerce industry. Skilled in User Experience (UX), User Interface Design, Adobe Creative Suite, Content Integration, and Web Design.
- Participate in the UIUX process for the website. - Work closely with different teams and stakeholders; from project/product managers to business users. - Conduct research from Market research to User testing. Analysing the data and translate them into designs. - Participate in UAT and A/B testing.
Handles UI design for interactive kiosk and have fun with UX thoughts process. Execution of work includes of brainstorming, concept development, storyboarding, user flow, lo-fi wireframing to visual mockups and layouts. Prototyping using Marvel app, Sketch etc. Working closely with Interactive Developers for further touch up such as creating transitions and simple animations for screens, and with Project Managers for keeping projects within timeline and scope. I also get to have the opportunity to create simple video production to showcase company’s projects.
Handle Web Design (frontend development) and get to work together with the IT team (backend). Received good pointers on designing in Chinese context, learnt of what colour to use and how we can play with certain Chinese character fonts. Had the privilege to share pointers about Web Design and UX with the Senior Graphic Print Designers who were transitioning to Digital based.
