Recent BA graduate at King’s College London (Philosophy major, Politics minor). I will pursue a PGDL this Autumn due to an interest in intellectual property and commercial law. I am interning at Brace Yourself PR, supporting artist release campaigns in a small team environment. This includes drafting press releases, maintaining press databases, supporting media outreach, and working across both established press relations and creator-led social media content within the music industry. I am also a freelance music journalist writing for several publications including Wonderland, DIY and The Line of Best Fit, pitching editorial angles and conducting interviews to produce long-form features. I was previously Head of Marketing for KCL’s International Relations Society, producing and managing social media content and overseeing the marketing team.
I'm joining Brace Yourself PR this summer as a Press Assistant Intern, supporting press and media activity across artist campaigns within an independent music PR agency. Responsibilities include drafting press releases and maintaining the company’s press database, with a particular focus on updating and expanding contacts to reflect the growing role of digital content creators and influencers within fast-evolving music promotion strategies. I will work closely with senior staff, shadowing the coordination and execution of campaign rollouts, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of release campaigns from initial planning through to delivery and press engagement.
