"Change starts with you, it starts with me, it starts with all of us." Hi!!! I am Hannah and I am a fourth year Secondary Social Studies Education Major with a Concentration in History with a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate undergraduate student and an Adult Learning, Training, and Organizational Development Accelerated Master's of Education student, at Temple University. I am extremely passionate about brining diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging education to public schools and higher education. I specifically want to focus on diversifying curriculum, creating student and staff support, and professional development creation surrounding all things Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. I am currently student teaching at Julia R. Masterman Laboratory and Demonstration School teaching 7th Grade Geography and AP United States History. I plan and deliver engaging lessons for both courses, designing instructional materials aligned with district standards and AP curriculum frameworks. I facilitate classroom discussions that promote critical thinking and historical analysis, assess student learning through formative and summative evaluations, and support diverse learners through differentiated and inclusive teaching practices. I have experience in digital media and communications through roles at Temple University’s Graduate School, Also-Known-As, Inc., and the National Korean American Service and Education Consortium (NAKASEC). Across these positions, I’ve created and managed digital content, developed visuals, analyzed performance metrics, supported civic engagement and policy advocacy, and captured events. Collectively, these roles have allowed me to specialize in narrative, educational, historical, and political digital storytelling by blending trending online content with targeted messaging.
