      Taking a promotion to be responsible for Conversion Rate Optimisation along with the continued product management of all websites based on my previous role as Web Development Manager. Using customer insight and analysis I introduced A/B and MV Testing to the business, running an end to end testing programme based on knowledge gained from customer behaviour, and previous insight gained on business results. By using the testing programme and key information gained I was able to influence and prioritise the product backlog, based on commercial drivers with tangible business cases and requirements feeding into the MVP.
