• Organized the rollout for all corporate trainings in the LMS to meet quality standards and compiled data and process descriptions to ensure ISO Certification and positive customer relationships • Designed new reports to meet compliance needs and created automated schedules to deliver relevant reports to stakeholders, including managers, auditors and HR. • Revamped the process for in person training to improve Skyworks ability to track it through the Learning Management System • Provided employee support for Learning and Development or LMS specific queries and enhanced user experience based on feedback, and provided status updates to relevant stakeholders
