Hannah Lin was born in China and raised in Chicago, currently pursuing a BFA in Visual Communications at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Absorbing art into design, I am a translator and my work is the interpretation of events and culture into art objects. I aim to create work that is experimental, narrative, and meaningful. I'm also interested in dipping into vastly different techniques and mediums in order to explore the processes of making, from collage to ceramics, books to bronze casting, and Photoshop to glassblowing.
