I am a third-year student at the University of St Andrews studying Modern History and Film. I graduated from Berkeley High School in 2024 with the International Baccalaureate Diploma. I’m particularly interested in storytelling that connects history, film, and the environment. I love being active outdoors and am drawn to projects that explore people, places, and the natural world.
I manage guest check-ins, reservations, and daily customer service at Curry Village in Yosemite National Park. Working in a busy, fast-paced environment in one of the world’s most visited national parks, I focus on keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly and ensuring guests have a safe, organized stay.
Serving as a tester for Normsy.ai, an early-stage social cohesion technology platform leveraging LLMs to detect and address toxic discourse on social media. This involves regularly evaluating AI-generated prosocial responses to toxic threads on X, selecting, refining, and deploying responses in real-world contexts.
Responsible for managing phone/counter orders, payment processing, communication with kitchen staff, and handling customer inquiries, contributing to a smooth, efficient, and pleasant dining experience.
I was responsible for researching, interviewing, and writing articles biweekly for the Berkeley High Jacket, an award-winning high school newspaper.
I worked closely with a dedicated team to prepare and cook meals for individuals experiencing homelessness. Additionally, I maintained a clean and organized kitchen environment, supported my team in executing tasks efficiently, and helped foster a positive atmosphere on the kitchen.
