About

People aren't just a part of the business. They are the business. People are the engine behind exceptional customer experiences and sustainable commercial success. I’ve spent my career proving that fostering a culture of belonging and excellence is the only sustainable way to achieve a world-class impact. As Director of People at CMAC Group, I lead our international strategy across the UK, Europe and beyond. I act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Executive Team, building high-performance cultures where the business and our people thrive. I specialise in navigating high stakes transformation from the rapid growth of PE-backed businesses to the complexities of highly unionised public sectors. My approach centres on operational excellence with a commitment to integrity and inclusion, where I have been consistently recognised through industry awards and business success for driving cultural change. I focus on delivering impact across five strategic pillars: 1. Transformational Leadership Moving beyond ‘management’ by developing high performance leaders, teams and mentoring cultures. 2. Operational Excellence Designing resilient solutions and systems that optimise and respect the realities of modern working life. 3. Culture, Equity & Inclusion Turning best place to work ambitions into lived realities through award winning EDI strategies. 4. Strategic Wellbeing Embedding mental health and resilience into an organisation’s DNA. Not just as a perk but as a priority. 5. Global Scalability Building the agile frameworks that make international expansion feel seamless. I’m a lifelong learner with an MSc in HR Management (Distinction) and Chartered CIPD Level 7 status, but I’ve learned just as much from the shop floor as I have from the boardroom. My experience ensures that my strategies are as practical as they are ambitious. I don’t view people as a resource. People are the catalysts for everything possible. My mission is to bridge the gap between commercial business strategy and people potential. By harnessing collective talent and creating exceptional employee experiences, I transform culture into a business’s most powerful, unstoppable competitive advantage.
