2019 (May – September) Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) Administrator Data inputting meter reads from customers, completing data requests and termination of electricity contracts. Recording information •I would have to make sure I was accurate when entering the meter reads into the computer system, and this would determine the final bill to the customer. Data Protection •To prevent the breach of GDPR within SSE I was responsible for verifying each letter of authority as valid or invalid. I would have to check details that were on record matched correctly and provide my validation.
Customer Service A lot of the interaction was approaching customers providing them with a free hand massage or makeup consultation. Interpersonal skills and communication were a key part of this role as I had to persuade customers to try certain products and ultimately purchase them.
Teamwork •Working under pressure was a key skill when working in the pharmacy. The ability to manage frustrated customers waiting for their prescriptions was vital. We had to work together to ensure each individual completed their allocated task resulting in the customer obtaining their prescription as rapidly as possible.
