Worked on developing governance, processes, and digital support for the management of contingent workers, with a strong focus on clarity, compliance, and usability. Co-led the Agency Work Act project, translating legal requirements into clear, operational processes. The work focused on defining the contingent worker journey, large-scale categorization, system clean-up, process mapping, and ownership of EPICs related to digital system support. The project was carried out in close collaboration with internal Labor Affairs and trade union representatives. Led initiatives within communication, service model development, and user experience, shaping how contingent workforce governance is communicated and applied in practice. This included updating HR governance documents, intranet pages, and actionable guides to make key information accessible and easy to follow. The work aimed to turn complex rules, processes, and system logic into clear, practical support across the full contingent worker lifecycle. It focused on action-oriented communication to reduce complexity, save time, and clarify required actions.
Led full-cycle recruitment processes in the IT and tech sectors for clients including WirelessCar, Saab, Volvo Group Connected Solutions, Volvo Cars, and HiQ. In addition to recruitment, I focused on the development and support of our consultants by maintaining close contact with their on-site managers, offering ongoing mentoring, organizing events, and creating networking opportunities. I also managed payroll and addressed labor law issues to ensure comprehensive consultant care. I improved our processes and services by developing new templates for interviews, sales pitches, and action plans to support consultants at risk of long-term sick leave. Additionally, I redesigned company surveys and revised and translated numerous internal and external texts to enhance communication and branding. My involvement extended to change management processes, where I helped overhaul our internal recruitment systems to better handle applicant influx and contributed to various employer branding initiatives.
Supported, motivated, and guided individuals toward securing permanent employment or pursuing education. My responsibilities included mapping job seekers' competencies, creating individual action plans, writing reports for the Swedish Public Employment Service, managing appointments, providing individual mentoring, and handling various HR-related administrative tasks. Additionally, I established and maintained contacts with employers to connect them with job seekers. This role required expertise in several HR-related areas, as we provided advice and knowledge on topics ranging from labor law to improving job applications and expanding professional networks.
