The ability to transition companies across all divisions, whether finance, customer service , human resources or sales and marketing has been the hallmark of my roles. I’ve pioneered and directed global innovation, acceleration and transformation initiatives for several multibillion-dollar revenue companies in the world. As a change catalyst and strategic storyteller, I’ve identified trends and opportunities and created strategies that have spearheaded execution and delivery of these strategies, working on the ground in 18 countries on 4 continents. This a world wide position where I managed all aspects of the business including P&L, Marketing, Service Delivery, Human resources, Supply chain, and Health and Safety. During my tenure my main focus was on rebuilding the supply chain organization and supplier management team a key ingredient in a product heavy business. As well empowering and strengthening our joint venture partners around the globe. Several state of the art drilling fluids were successfully introduced into the market gaining market share in the deep water drilling environments.
Managed all Schlumberger companies in Latin America North ( Ecuador , Colombia & Peru ) including P&L, Marketing, Service Delivery, Human resources, Supply chain, and Health and Safety. The position entails high level engagement with National companies and Government entities. During my tenure i managed to negotiate and extend several multi billion dollar production contracts and collect receivables outstanding for more than a year. At the same time I revamped the management structure in Colombia with experienced personnel leading to a significant growth in market share.
This a world wide position where I managed all aspects of the business including P&L, Marketing, Service Delivery, Human resources, Supply chain, and Health and Safety . I directed the Integration of three Product lines ( Slickline , Coiled tubing and perforating) into one company and managed the overall combined P&L. Several new technologies were developed and introduced into the market at this time.
