I'm a 𝗕𝗜𝗠 & 𝗛𝗕𝗜𝗠 / 𝗩𝗗𝗖 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 with ~20 years of experience driving 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 across architecture, infrastructure, and large-scale developments. I support client-side organizations and leading institutions by shaping 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, platform enablement, and model-based coordination that improves design quality, collaboration, and decision-making. I lead enterprise 𝗕𝗜𝗠/𝗩𝗗𝗖 implementation and 𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝟭𝟵𝟲𝟱𝟬 aligned 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (EIR/BEP, LOD/LOI, QA/QC, model acceptance criteria) from the client perspective. ▪ I enable scalable workflows across 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁, 𝗔𝗖𝗖, 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘇𝘁𝗼, 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼, and 𝗙𝘂𝘇𝗼𝗿. My focus is federated coordination, issue lifecycle management, design review, constructability insights, and executive-ready reporting. ▪ 𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬: My research focuses on 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗕𝗜𝗠 (𝗛𝗕𝗜𝗠) and digital heritage transformation, including 𝗫𝗥 (𝗩𝗥/𝗔𝗥) for engagement and education. ▪ 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Led the BIM team end-to-end, including recruitment, performance management, capability building, and enforcement of project BIM standards and procedures. ▪ 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Owned BIM adoption across projects by developing and managing the 𝗕𝗘𝗣, aligning stakeholders on BIM methods, and providing onboarding, training, and continuous delivery support. ▪ 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗤𝗔/𝗤𝗖: Controlled BIM deliverables through model reviews and compliance checks, and supported 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 planning outputs including 4D sequencing and 5D cost-related insights where applicable. ▪ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Acted as the primary BIM interface with project stakeholders, communicating progress, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring coordination alignment across disciplines. ▪ 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆: Promoted BIM value through practical implementation, demonstrating measurable improvements in coordination efficiency, quality, and project outcomes, and supporting wider BIM rollout across teams.
As the 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 (𝗞𝗦𝗔) at JLL, I led the planning, coordination, and implementation of 𝗕𝗜𝗠/𝗩𝗗𝗖 workflows across the project lifecycle, using the right digital platforms to improve collaboration and delivery performance. I defined project-specific 𝗕𝗜𝗠 & 𝗩𝗗𝗖 scopes, governed file management and BIM protocols, and worked closely with designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure consistent compliance and coordinated outcomes. I also promoted innovative uses of model-based information across design, pre-construction, and construction phases. To keep the team aligned with best practices, I developed and maintained new 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀, and standards for emerging tools and technologies, and supported pre-construction activities including 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘀, 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, and 𝟰𝗗 planning.
Assist in the administration and management of the 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 across 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 and 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 during 𝗽𝗿𝗲/𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 phases. ▪ Lead and govern the overall 𝗕𝗜𝗠 delivery across the multidisciplinary project, ensuring consistent adoption, controlled workflows, and quality outcomes. ▪ Manage the project 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 information exchange to deliver compliant 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀, and deliverables aligned with 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 requirements and the Appointing Party’s needs. ▪ Direct 𝗤𝗔/𝗤𝗖 and coordination activities including 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, BIM reviews, and reporting, and support 𝟰𝗗 sequencing/logistics and 𝟱𝗗 cost/schedule outputs where required. ▪ Ensure 𝗢&𝗠-ready asset information by capturing construction-phase data and delivering accessible, structured outputs (including 𝗖𝗢𝗕𝗶𝗲 where applicable) to support facility operations and maintenance.
