- Responsible for all areas of the Engineering function and quality of service delivery, managing a team of two design architects and one draftsman. - Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. - Coordinating with the subcontractors to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards. - Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. - Responsible for overseeing all aspects of build design, from contract award to handover. - Site supervision for various projects through weekly visits - Leads communications with and reports to Authorities such as Jeddah Municipality (Amanah) - Responsible for the overall relationship with clients, and monitors client satisfaction - Responsible for supporting successful project delivery for all phases of Architectural Design including Concept, Design Development, and Final Implementation Skills and Attributes: - Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills - An appreciation of and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from different cultures - Capable of managing several projects simultaneously. - Excellent negotiator - Delivers projects efficiently and effectively through inspirational leadership of the architectural team members
-Preparing BOQS & Specification for various types of projects -Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirement - Prepare project organization and communication charts -Revising the workshop drawings to meet the client requirement -laison with the suppliers & the clients -Material selection & design detailing. - Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval -Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database - Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client requirment -
Main Project: *French School of Amman Tasks: - Study project design drawings, BOQ and specifications. - Prepare, submit and approve shop drawings & coordination drawings including façade, design development & details, stone works, reflected ceiling plans, tiling plans. - Coordinate site activities between all disciplines and the client to ensure proper construction and finishing. - Prepare, issue, and follow up RFIs & technical queries to ensure proper implementation on site. - Prepare material take off, calculate quantities required, prepare order requests, and follow up with material delivery to site. - Coordinate, supervise, and guide subordinates in order to perform their jobs most efficient. *Palemira -Retail shop Design & Supervision Palemeira is 60m2 Luxuries gift shop at galleria mall- Jordan
