As an Associate Talent Management Specialist at Hepsiburada, I am responsible for managing the recruitment processes of technology teams (System, Security, Data and Engineering). Adopting a Business Partner approach, I actively contribute to talent management and HR processes while supporting employees in their career development. I design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies that align business needs with candidate competencies, aiming to ensure efficiency and a strong candidate experience. Additionally, I take an active role in SAP HR processes, contributing to the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR operations.
We aim to compile research from the literature to make it accessible to the public, provide accessible content in the field of psychology, offer support through our counseling services, and enhance individual and societal awareness through our training programs and materials.
I was responsible for developing and implementing training programs in the field of psychology, identifying training needs, preparing content tailored to the target audience, evaluating the effectiveness of training processes, and providing improvement recommendations. Additionally, I conducted reporting on training programs, coordinated events, and managed related processes.
I actively participated in designing career development programs and training sessions for high school students, particularly focusing on university selection processes. I contributed to the development and execution of Transactional Analysis (TA)-based training programs for corporate organizations.
