Hang possessed more than 20 experience years in multinational corporate such as FrieslandCampina and Li&Fung. Her experience covered all functions of HR, from Compensation & Benefits, HRBP for Operations and HRBP for Commercial. Her expertise are setting up, developing and implementing company’s remuneration policies to ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness. Her 5 years as HR partner of Operations and Commercial brought her extensive knowledge and experience in managing all from crashes. Her achievement of setting up new factory in North at the beginning is valuable to her HR career.
The incumbent will act as strategic business partner to manage dedicated global accounts and be responsible for providing day to day consultation on employee life cycle events including talent acquisition, internal transfer and relocation, performance management, employee relations, annual review exercises as well as on boarding and off boarding processes. Responsibilities: - Provide HR consulting and operation services in line with business strategies and objectives. - Participate in the execution and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in support of the global HR transformation agenda. - Develop and implement retention initiatives to facilitate talent development, mobility and retention - Manage the talent acquisition manager to ensure the business resourcing requirements are fulfilled within the agreed timeline and thru diverse channels. - Ensure the smooth implementation of annual cycles, including salary and bonus review and the performance management processes through close partnership with key stakeholders.

o Job Scope: Binh Duong Factory, Supply Chain, Dairy Development Program o Direct report to HR Director and dotted report to Operations Director Main Duties: – Supports Operations Director in preparing middle long-term and yearly manpower plans. – Talent management – Performance management – Supports department managers in managing disciplinary of the workforce according to the government law and company regulation. – Learning & development: Conduct training need analysis, training plan, training implementation. Develop self - training tool for operators, conduct capability assessment to define skill gaps and plan to fill the gaps. – Coordinates with C&B department to implements compensation & benefits policies to the workforce according to labour code and company regulation. – Talent acquisition: recruit and maintains pool of potential resources to make sure all vacancies are filled timely with most qualified candidates. – Manages the agency workforces (temporary helpers) in a cost effective manner, in conjunction with department managers. – Prepares and controls the yearly human resources related budget. – People engagement: organize activities to engage people in the factory such as quarterly business update, safety activities… – Change management: act as a change manager in organization restructure – Factory facility management: Manages security system of the company premises to ensure all raw materials, finished goods and visitors are controlled properly. Manages factory hygiene services, scrap sales, and factory canteen. Achievements: – Successfully setting up Hanam factory to become one of two qualified milk powder manufacturing in Asian – Re-build Binh Duong factory to enhance factory’s competencies to achieve challenging business requirements
o Job Scope: 1,400 official and 500 temporary staffs o Direct report to HR Director Main Duties: – Be responsible for developing and implementing company’s remuneration policies to ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness. – Convert HR strategies and directions into actionable HR plans to ensure company competitive edge in terms of talent attraction, motivation and retention. – Develop and implement relevant C&B designs, practices, policies and procedures in line with local law and regulations, corporate guidelines, market practices & trends. – Ensure rigorous monitoring of payroll, benefit, and payments processes related to government liabilities and 3rd outsourcing party. – Ensuring proper implementation of HR processes and policies related to Global Assignee and non-local staff management. – Monitor HR database and personnel file system to ensure they are fully updated and proper reports compiled and submitted to management and external authorities on time. – Providing shared service C&B to HRBP including legal advice. – Responsible for job analysis and job benchmarking for the periodical market remuneration surveys, obtain all necessary information to prepare the yearly salary review and budget setting. – Responsible for annual salary review, Personal Income Tax filling all staffs including local & expat – Plan, control & monitor employment cost (Budget & Actual) – Supervise own team: coaching, managing performance and developing direct reports Project Leader - Performance management: objective setting for the company, performance dialogue training and KPI tracking. - HR database software Other responsibilities - Member of company’s vision project - Trade Union Chairperson for 05 years Achievements: - Set up C&B strategy & build C&B system, process to retain staff - Develop & roll out objective setting for the company from the beginning
