Project based • As a part of UCSD Business Management Certificate Program, worked on a project for Kleinfelder which is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the USA providing planning, engineering, scientific, technical and management solutions. • Had opportunity to work in a large US company and get experience on American HR practices. • Responsible for Performance Management and Development tool- Career Connection. Based on Kleinfelder's competencies coaching suggestions were developed for manager and specialist levels.
