I am Customer Quality Engineer in MiM Tribe at Ford Otosan. I constantly improve myself through the activities I attend and the communication I have with the people I meet. Throughout my education life, I have made it my goal to get out of my comfort zone and adapt to different environments, work and communicate with different cultures. I am a person who is compatible with group work, capable of business planning and open to research and learning. I think these features will contribute to my future work. I want to advance in my career in production or/and planning areas.
* Responsible for company’s top priority: Next Gen T.Custom 3MIS Warranty, end-to-end data & operation (to improve) management. * Data Analysis: Analyse 3MIS warranty data to identify. Weekly and Monthly data sharing for Executive Leaders. * Work closely with Ford of Europe quality & data teams to transfer new/best applications and/or way of working changes/improvements * Quality forecasting and target setting. * Quality Spoc of functions (Exterior, Paint, Interior, Underbody...)
* Coaching team members, mediating conflicts. * Providing feedback to the team and encouraging the team to adopt Agile principles. * Organizing events for the team to exchange information. * Helping the team overcome obstacles. * Checking all models used by the team (backlog, metrics, etc.). * Providing support to the Product Owner&Helping sort Product Backlog items.
