· Supported Project Manager in overall project implementation from greenfield starting from land acquisition, site clearing, plant refurbishment, plant construction, and plant commissioning till handover to operations. · Managed the mechanical, electrical, and civil contractors for the project and work closely with both external consultants and local authorities for necessary regulatory approvals. · Planned and executed overall plant commissioning in documentation preparation, hands-on equipment testing, and overall commissioning activities. · Completed project within timeline and budget. · Completed commissioning and delivered plant operating at design conditions.
