Keshmoon is a famous and the first farm-to-fork marketplace in Iran. What I did here: •Align 13 team members of the team, after human resource adjustment and keep them up. •Slashed operational costs by 30% by negotiating pricing and fees and reducing costs, while ensuring the continuation and enhancement of services.
• Co-founded Keshmoon, the First Iranian Farm-to-Fork startup, and secured 3 investment rounds. • Expanded platform from an MVP serving 3 farmers to serving hundreds of farmers and tens of thousands of customers. • Conducted 3 successful online internship courses with over 400 participants. • Built a 6-member technical team. • The technologies were, PHP, Python, Bootstrap, MySQL, JQuery, Meta base, Sentry, Prometheus, Scrum, and Agile.
