As Freight Operations Manager, handling end-to-end international air, sea, and road freight, leading inbound and outbound operations, customs coordination, and carrier/agent management for complex and time-critical shipments for Riyadh Region. Responsible for optimizing processes, controlling costs, and using ERP tools to improve visibility, service quality, and on-time delivery performance while supporting key customers in Saudi Arabia and globally.
• Handling multiple new shipments inquiries on daily basis globally • Deep-selling with customers for retention and development • Working on the ERP to analyze workflow and sales margins • Sourcing with international agents for the projects and shipping rates • Handling Aerospace shipments for the governmental and commercial projects • Handling and supervising the National freight OPS team consist of 8 members Key responsibilities of team: •Negotiations / Bidding with the vendors •Handling DGR, General, Perishable cargo Shipments via Land, Air and Ocean freight including Border customs •Preparation of COC/SABER, SASO as per compliance accordance with Saudi Customs •Preparing DGR landing approvals for DGR Cargo •Tracking of various shipments on daily basis till the delivery to the end user •Maintaining systematic KPIs for each individual •Monitoring and keeping multiple databases to keep track of on-going projects

Duties & Responsibilities • Supervised and trained team members. • Inbounding day to day products to the inventory on Warehousing Management System (WMS). • Managing weekly and daily work schedules for the Inbound team. • Daily allocation and monitoring of tasks and duties. • Ensure all orders deliveries are received, checked, processed, and put away within agreed timelines.
