As a Co-founder, I lead the strategic vision and operational growth of the company, focusing on: Clinical Partnerships: Establishing collaborative relationships with radiologists and healthcare institutions to ensure our AI solutions—from Pulmonary Triage to Vascular Intelligence—solve real-world workflow challenges. Market Research & Validation: Leading deep-dive research into diagnostic backlogs and the "needle in the haystack" challenge of subtle calcification detection to ensure a product-market fit that prioritizes clinician needs. Operational Strategy: Orchestrating cross-functional efforts between our clinical and technical teams to deliver a secure, high-performance diagnostic ecosystem and automated reporting tools. Strategic Growth: Driving the roadmap for our 2026 Parallel Evaluation (Bench-Testing) programs and regulatory compliance pathways. o Executed data analysis and data reporting as well as marketing, research, coordination and testing to launch more than 30 telecommunication products in market. o Supervised operations at Haji (Muslim pilgrims) Camp Lahore and interacted with customers in order to resolve queries and market our telecommunication products. o Ensured resolution of customer complaints and provided relevant information related to my department’s products to the Customer Care team at Zong Headquarters (HQ). o Departmental Point of Contact (POC) for various IT systems (including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system). Operated around 5 IT systems to support colleagues for data analysis, procurement and operational (including engineering) activities. o Reworked Zong’s International Roaming webpage, with unique features introduced for the first time in Pakistan, including online bundle subscriptions for customers. o Managed Short Message Service (SMS) broadcasts to customer base for the purposes of marketing our international roaming products, and monitored response rates. o Managed technology vendors for deployment of resources. o Tested telecommunication products in liaison with multiple teams (Marketing, IT, Revenue Assurance) before launching them in market. o Reconciled financial accounts with 20-30 international carriers for ≈ 1 year. o Assisted in procurement of services (IP connectivity etc.) for LDI & IB Operations teams. o Hired, trained and mentored interns in the department.
o Assisted in contract review and development of business model in a joint venture with an international satellite company and a local technology firm. I analyzed the financials (from a business and legal point of view), involving pricing and tax cuts, to aid management in approving the project in liaison with the Legal and Finance (Tax) departments. o Tasked with assisting LDI & IB Operations and Commercial teams with contract management, data analysis, operating IT systems for operational activities (e.g. network routings) and procurement of data for monitoring and product development purposes. o Filed various types of regulatory correspondence that arrived in the organization, including that by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunications (Pakistan) and various law enforcement and intelligence agencies of the country. o Assisted a senior colleague in organizing files for efficient management of regulatory notices and orders within the organization. o Tasked with assisting a senior colleague in carrying out Business Process Reengineering (BPR) activities in the company, including liaison and documentation. o Successfully performed coordination between departments for carrying out multiple BPR activities, and mapped business processes in Microsoft Visio for documentation and assistance to departments.
