I start my job career from Material testing lab in Nelum jehlum Hydro power project ( NJHPP ). from ( 2015 ~ 2019 ) , After completion of NJHPP i Appointed as A Lab Technician in Dassu Hydro power project ( DHPP )from ( 2019 ~ 2022 ) . In lab i learn lot of things here and such a great experience in Laboratory. After i Chang my field and Join Tarbela Dam ( Tarbela 5th Extension T5 ) as QA/QC engineer from ( 2022 ~ 2025 ). In QA/QC i learn lot of things about Quantity and such a great experience. Now i am In Saudia Arabia Riyadh since 1 month and searching for job .
Supervise tunnel construction with Drill and Blast method ， ensuring drilling hole quality，explosive control， and profile stability with approved blasting design. Supervise initial and permanent support works ， including Shotcrete spraying ， quality checks，scaling，and installation of steel pins for thickness control. Conduct slump and temperature checks on incoming concrete to meet quality requirement and project standards. Manage rock bolt / drill dowel / rock anchor drilling ，ensuring alignment，depth ，and proper flushing ，as well as installation of the components. Verify grout preparation for rock dowel ， rock bolt and rock anchors， adhering to mix design，viscosity，and pressure requirement. Perform quality tests for underground tunneling，including Shotcrete bond，thickness，rebound， and field density，along with rock bolt / rock anchor pull-out tests. Conduct above-ground construction quality inspection for support structures ， foundation，and concrete work to ensure adherence to project standard. Supervise concrete lining for twin Head race Tunnel and oversee contact grouting.
Performed the duty as a Senior Lab Technician and depute duties to the laboratory staff on daily basis. Checking daily Consignment of materials procured to the site from approved sources. Preparation of weekly & Monthly test report and submitting to the Consultants. Perform Various types of Aggregates such as sieves analysis,Material finer than 200#,Specific gravity & water absorption of fine and course aggregate,Loss Angeles Abrasion of Course Agg,Soundness of fine & course Agg,Flakiness & Elongation test of course Agg, Clay lumps test, Sand Equivalent, Crushing Value of course Agg. Quality control of fresh concrete(CVC,RCC) & Shotcrete at batching plant and also at site. Perform different test of fresh concrete such as Slump test of fresh concrete,Air content ,Density,Temperature,Casting of Cubes & cylinders for Compression test. Perform various physical test of deform bar, H-beam,I-beam,Channel,Wire mesh & steel fiber. Perform different type of test of Soil in Lab and Also at site. Such as FDT (water & Sand replacement)SPT,Proctor,Plasticity Index,specific gravity of Soil.Sieve analysis. Involved in preparation of concrete, Shotcrete and cement grout mix design. Perform different type of test of Hard concrete. Such as compression test, Splitting Tensile,Direct tensile & Modulus of Elasticity of concrete ， Permeability & impermeability by water injection of Conventional Vibrating& roller Compacted Concrete. Perform different test of cement. Such as Consistency,initial,final setting time of cement,soundness, Density,specific surface area,loss on ignition,fineness by wet & dry sieves& compression Strength of cement. performing the all Physical test of Pozzolan Material as per ASTM Standard. And also perform Different type of test on site such as Rock dowels pull out test,Shotcrete rebound material test,Rebound hammer test, drilling core. Batching plant Calibration as well Laboratory Equipment also as per ASTM standard.
