Led the reconstruction of four severely damaged residential houses in my hometown during the COVID-19 pandemic. Managed the full construction lifecycle over a period of more than two years, including planning, design, execution, and structural development. Took full ownership of all project phases, from site preparation and material management to structural work and finishing. Ensured quality, efficiency, and consistency throughout by applying a hands-on approach and practical problem-solving skills. This experience strengthened my technical expertise in construction processes, project coordination, and structural execution, enabling me to confidently handle real-world construction challenges and deliver reliable results in diverse environments
