  • Medical Laboratory Technician at Virology Laboratory, Kuwait Cancer Control Centre

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Kuwait Cancer Control Centre since 2020, I’ve worked across Reception, Serology, COVID-19, and PCR sections. I manage the full diagnostic cycle—from LIS-based sample registration to molecular testing. Skilled in PCR and serology using platforms like Roche LC480, Cobas 6800, GeneXpert, Bio-Rad, Architect i2000, and Alinity. I also perform nucleic acid extraction, instrument maintenance, quality control, and support CAPA and CQI processes while ensuring SOP compliance in a high-pressure clinical setting.

  • Medical Laboratory Technologist at Capital Medical & Diagnostic Centre

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist in the Biochemistry section, I was responsible for receiving samples and identifying required tests. I performed hormone, vitamin, electrolyte, and protein analysis in serum/plasma using both manual methods and automated analyzers. I operated instruments including Cobas e480, Cobas c380, Microlab 300, Dialyte, Vitros ECI, and Dia710 Plate Reader. Additionally, I monitored reagent and consumable stock levels, reporting shortages to senior staff to ensure smooth lab operations.
