• Posting job ads on Job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other careers websites. • Tasks include screening and replying to the emails of potential candidates. • Conducting interviews and writing tests of the potential candidates. • Sharing feedback of candidates with Team Lead and Managers. • Scheduling induction of potential candidates, briefing them about Afiniti • Developing relationships with universities and colleges who have intern programs • Participation in a team to organize virtual (online) global conferences • Perform social marketing to promote the conferences and events and our products • Agenda preparation, care of speakers, attendees and sponsors, events coordination • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
