My time at The Abbotsbury Practice consists of: -Shadowing a General Practitioner and observing consultations between doctors and patients -Accompanying a General Practitioner on a home visit -Observing, assisting and taking part in general, minor procedures conducted by a General Practitioner. -Witnessed and helped take a Doppler ultrasound pulse -Attended a General Practitioners’ meeting -Conducted a physical examination for many patients through the help of a stethoscope and ophthalmoscope

My time at Intermountain Health consisted of: -Shadowing General Practitioners and observing consultations between doctors and patients -Shadowing General Practitioners whilst they type and build patient records to log onto the medical system software. -Assisted General Practitioners in a variety of different tasks both verbally, and practically.
