Before joining Clarest, Hammad led the corporate direction and strategy as the President and CEO of SOC Telemed. Driven by the vision to provide access to the highest quality specialty care for every patient at every hospital, Hammad drew upon his expertise to create innovative, cost-effective solutions establishing SOC as the leading provider of acute telemedicine. Previously, as the president of FreseniusRX, Hammad championed the organization's mission to change the practice of pharmacy from simply dispensing medications to playing an integral role in patient care. He created a growth strategy that transformed the full-service pharmacy into a renal specialty pharmacy, providing health care expertise to patients living with kidney disease. With over 30 years of experience, Hammad has the deep understanding required to aid organizations in assessing how to operate in rapidly changing healthcare markets. His efforts and expertise in healthcare leadership have positively impacted both patients and providers by increasing access to higher quality care and services. Hammad received his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Temple University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. He serves on the board of directors for Clarest Health and TeleNeph LLC.
