Organizations engage me to ensure mining technology deployments succeed under real production conditions. Through my work with Caterpillar’s MineStar platform, I have built a proven track record of delivering fully operational staffed, autonomous, and digital drill‑to‑mill systems that are actively used, trusted, and relied upon by site teams across EAME. My contribution is not theoretical, I consistently ensure complex systems are correctly architected, integrated, and brought into production, delivering sustained improvements in safety, productivity, and cost. A defining part of my value is being hands‑on with system architecture and deployment execution. I work directly in the detail, aligning technology stacks, data flows, and operational processes from day one while remaining accountable for performance in the field. This approach enables customers to move beyond pilots and partial adoption to fully embedded solutions that become core to how their operations run. With over 35 years living and working across Africa and wider EAME, I bring deep, practical mine‑site experience in some of the most challenging operating environments globally. This has shaped my ability to deliver technology that works reliably under real-world constraints, while earning trust at both leadership and operational levels. I partner with senior leadership teams to ensure investments deliver on the promises made at approval stage owning the gap between intent and execution. This includes aligning stakeholders, leading structured change management, and working alongside operations to drive adoption. My legacy is defined by technology in use, delivering measurable value, and sustaining performance over time, not systems that sit underutilized or fail to scale. What I Do Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders, translating MineStar strategy into operational systems delivering measurable production, safety, and cost outcomes. Lead autonomy, digital, and drill‑to‑mill deployments in live mining environments De‑risk transformation programs through technical depth and structured change management Bridge architecture and site reality, embedding systems into daily operations Own the last mile of deployment, ensuring systems are trusted and relied upon Align customers, dealers, and engineering to deliver complex programs safely at scale Drive long‑term value, turning MineStar into a core production capability I am brought in to ensure mining technology works where it matters most - on site, under pressure, delivering real results
