Managed and led the agency's center of excellence practice for solution design and delivery, embodied as a team of competent Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, UX Designers, acting as the entry point for the business engaging ICT for solutioning, leading the design and architecting of millions of dollars of projects, like School Budget Solution, School Appropriation and Payment Application, OneSchool modernization program, agency's data-lake project and more. Championed design-driven architecture practice, built the engagement model, engagement artifacts and working protocols and processes.
