Participated in the removal and containment of over a dozen invasive plant species. Assisted in the restoration of native plant species within the Chapel Hill area. Learned to identify various plant species, both native and invasive. Have been trained to handle machinery such as chainsaws and brush cutters, as well as toxic chemicals used to kill weeds.
Collated, packed, and unpacked museum items in the Southbank wet store facility, for their safe transport to the new museum facility at Hendra. Maintained a high level of productivity by consistently hitting daily call targets for account follow ups. Exceeded monthly goals for recovered revenue, showcasing dedication and effectiveness in collections efforts. Ensured legal compliance by adhering to federal and state regulations while performing collections tasks, protecting company reputation. Contributed to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork among Collections Assistants, improving departmental morale and collaboration.
