Undergraduate Psychology graduate currently completing a CERT IV in Real Estate Practice and commencing a Graduate Diploma of Property at RMIT in July.
Played a role in the design, validation, and application of cutting edge psychometric assessment tools and surveys curated for recruitment, leadership, and employee capabilities. Furthermore assisted in the research and design of a modern human capability framework developed to assess the competencies of leaders, managers and employees alike. Responsibilities included: - Supporting the development of scalable, online assessments for a wide range of workplace environments. - Assisted with client projects through integration of psychological knowledge and client requests. - Quickly reacted, responded, and implemented change to client requests. - Through the use of existing and new survey data, analysed results to determine and identify actionable outcomes for clients.
