Helping shape the company’s AI direction by working on internal AI guidelines, organizing knowledge-sharing and brainstorming sessions, coordinating trainings, and supporting the rollout of AI tools. Also involved in developing Guidance Intelligence Platform, our own AI product initiative.
As a lead developer, I participated in the implementation of several major banking and government systems. 2022-present: I was involved in the operation and continuous development of one of Nébih’s major information systems, which covers areas related to animals, seeds, wine, and breeding, among others, leading a team of nearly 20 people and holding program management-level responsibilities. 2019-2022: Participated in the implementation of the MKB Guidance Treasury Center, a treasury front-office application developed for MKB Bank for sales and trader users, which is currently in operation at MBH Bank. 2017-2019: Led the development of the Nébih EÜER (Electronic Scheduling and Inspection System), which consisted of several Spring-based, multi-tier web applications and multiple Android apps. My responsibilities included technical leadership of the development, people management, client relations, as well as assessing and delivering business requirements.
Worked as a software developer on several banking and government-sector projects, including the Erste–Citi and Takarékbank migration projects, where the main responsibilities included data mapping, PL/SQL development, and migration-related IT tasks. Also contributed to the Flexcube integration by developing and customizing database-related functions. In addition, participated in projects for the National Food Chain Safety Office, including the development of new portlets, themes, and hooks for their Liferay portal system, as well as custom Struts-based web application development with OTP POS terminal integration.
The internal processes of a Hungarian asset management company had previously been implemented in C#. These processes had to be reverse-engineered from the source code, and Camunda-integratable BPMN workflows had to be designed with recommendations for possible improvements and simplifications.
I contributed to the operation and modernization of the radio broadcasting infrastructure, including the management of broadcasting hardware, the development of custom volume monitoring software, and the relocation of a radio studio. The role also included the installation and configuration of an IP camera system, which aided in studio monitoring and the performance of daily technical tasks.
