As the Staffing Coordinator for CSM Services, I am responsible for overseeing and managing the full cycle recruitment process. As part of the recruitment/on-boarding process, I also coordinate/facilitate new employee orientation and safety training and make sure we are compliant with OSHA/MIOSHA safety training. In addition to overseeing the full cycle recruitment process I am also responsible for employee discipline and termination, monitoring employee overtime and attendance, and handling employee issues.
