- Dealing with all the human resources department needs & issues in the Pharma Sector companies “Aja Pharma, SITCO Pharma & CCCI” - Responsible for the strategic planning, also managing Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and HR Operation Management “Payroll, Government Affairs & Utility Services”. - Participates in the formulation and implementation of the HR department plans to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives and business plans. - Participates in the development of HR department policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements. - Manages the day-to-day operations of HR department in the Pharma Sector by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. - Reviewing and assessing headcount report and submitting related recommendations when necessary. - Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate’s performance. - Developing and updating the Pharma Sector’s departments organizational structure in coordination with Saudi Chemical Holding Group. - Manages the provision of a specific range of HR services to internal customers, following-up as necessary, to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Responsible for Recruitment, Talent Management, Organisational Development and the Assessment Centre. - Participates in the implementation of HR section policies, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled. - Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the HR unit activity is carried out in an efficient manner. - Carries out planning for the section to ensure an efficient and effective set-up. - Supervises the provision of a specific range of HR services to internal customers, following-up as necessary, to ensure employee satisfaction. - Leads the delivery and development of HR for specific services (manpower planning, recruitment, talent and OD.) to concerned parties.
- Responsible for recruitment and selection department - Participates in the implementation of HR section “Human Resources” policies, and procedures. - Coordinates and assists with the delivery of HR services (trainings, manpower planning, recruitment, updating policies, etc.) to concerned parties. - Acts as a point-of-contact on projects or in events ensuring coordination support to key HR projects or events - Responsible for the Performance Management Cycle, and the talent review appraisal. - Responsible for job evaluations and descriptions.
