I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Hospitality Management from the University of Denver. Post-graduation, I was employed as a Sales Consultant for the E&J Gallo Division of Breakthru Beverage Colorado. I now work for Sarah O. Jewelry., a women-owned fine jewelry business. I was promoted three times in my first year of employment. First from Sales Associate to Sales Team Lead, and then to Customer Care Specialist. During my second year of employment, I was promoted to Customer Care Lead.
