Haleigh Raff is a talent and strategic partnerships executive at NBC’s Late Night with Seth Meyers, where she leads talent strategy and booking across entertainment, sports, music, and the broader cultural landscape. She is known for her deep relationships across talent, media, and the creator ecosystem, and for shaping culturally relevant moments that resonate across both broadcast and digital platforms. Her work spans celebrity booking, creative development, and driving impactful collaborations between talent, platforms, and audiences. Prior to her current role, Haleigh held positions across leading media organizations including Late Night with Conan O’Brien, The View, and CNN, where she developed a broad perspective on talent, storytelling, and audience engagement across formats. In addition to her work in television, Haleigh serves on the board of the Food Allergy Institute and the North Fork TV Festival. Haleigh is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Based in New York City, she lives with her husband, Glenn, and their children, Parker and Lainey.
