I am Hale, currently a senior pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering at Marmara University. As a highly motivated student in the field of industrial engineering, I have consistently demonstrated qualities that align with the demands of my chosen discipline and my interests extend far beyond the boundaries of my major. -Analyzed assembly line videos of a missile production process to document and evaluate detailed work steps. -Conducted time studies using Excel, identifying missing and disordered work steps, and reorganized them into a standardized sequence. -Recorded and analyzed time study results for each step, highlighting the most time-consuming operations. -Proposed targeted improvement suggestions for high-duration tasks, including automation opportunities to optimize efficiency. -Created Yamazumi charts to visualize technicians’ workloads across the assembly line. -Identified workload imbalances, redistributed tasks, and developed a balanced Yamazumi chart reflecting optimized resource allocation. -Presented improvement proposals and balanced workload scenarios to supervisors, contributing to enhanced productivity and ergonomic assembly line design.
