This involved: Coordinating room bookings for various events and meetings; Taking accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes; Being a practical voice in meetings; Completing risk assessment forms to ensure safety protocols are followed; Booking equipment and speakers, consulting with relevant personnel as necessary; Managing the collection and distribution of incoming mail and packages; Staying updated on evolving union policies and procedures; Other general administrative tasks.
