- Receiving requests from the human resources department for new job availability. - Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications. - Conduct interviews by telephone and/or in person. - Search, screen, and pre-qualify potential candidates meeting the qualifications provided by the customer to ascertain compatibility and interestin the offered opportunity. -Keep close contact until successful completion of the search activity and completion of a contract between candidates and customers. - Attending job fairs and other events and searching for talent. - Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. - Update the SDEX database. - Follow up with the clients on the candidates’ offering letters. - working on Personnel and Creating self-development plans for employees to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Writing offer letters and participating in negotiations over salary and job duties. - Handled Tech positions like ( Full stack.NET, Ruby on Rails, Tester, FrappeDeveloper, SiebelDeveloper, Front-end react-native, Front-end reactjs, front-end angular, Java TeamLead, full stack java, full stack PHP developer, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, and non-tech positions like ( Marketing, MediaBuyer, sales).
