Responsibility includes leading Global Digital Transformation & Technology in Manufacturing; Enterprise Value Stream Management; Automation & Operational Technology; Global Strategic Manufacturing Network Design; Value Engineering and Global External Contract Manufacturing. Responsible for Kimberly-Clark Global Supply Chain's Manufacturing Excellence Systems and Standards, including initiating Global SMART Manufacturing Digital Transformation, Global OPEX, Global Asset Reliability, Lean Six Sigma, Global Manufacturing Performance Improvement and Manufacturing Cyber-Security. Accountable for increasing organizational capacity and building individual capabilities. Developing strategies to deliver value to customers and consumers through integrated, connected supply chain service.
Provide strategic direction and servant leadership for Global Non Woven Manufacturing Plants, Product Supply, Logistics, Planning, Continuous Improvement and Quality organizations. Specifically, delivering for Kimberly-Clark Global Non Wovens sector in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost, Cash and Service.
North American Foodservice Business Unit Supply Chain lead: Leading Supply Chain/ Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Margin Management for the $2.0B revenue U.S. and Canadian Foodservice Businesses. Responsibilities included - Quality, Cost, Cash Flow, Productivity and Service (Delivery) for the North American Foodservice businesses: Including iconic brands like A1, Oscar Mayer, Planters, Grey Poupon, Philadelphia, Kraft, Bull's Eye, Capri Sun, Kool-Aid, Maxwell House, Gevalia and Boca.
The Operations/Integrated Supply Chain, Commercialization and Engineering lead for Kraft Foods Enhancers and Planters network of categories. Businesses generating $3.0B in Gross Revenue - Kraft Foods Salad Dressings, Mayonnaise, Miracle Whip; Planters Snack Nuts and Peanut Butter, Kraft Brand, Bull's Eye, Garland Jack's Barbeque Sauces, A1 Steak Sauce and Grey Poupon Mustard, and the new Kraft Recipe Maker businesses. Responsible for Network Operations; Manufacturing, Commercialization, Procurement, Customer Service and Logistics; including New Product Development Innovation Commercialization, Integrated Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement. With P&L accountability, unambiguously delivering Operating Income and Net Contribution growth, driving productivity (net of business investment) achieving lowest total delivered cost as a % of cost of goods sold.
