Experienced technician specializing in hardware diagnostics, Linux administration, and virtualization with Hyper-V. Currently an MIS student on the path to becoming a Computer Engineer. I am looking for a SOC L1, Junior Cybersecurity, or Information Security Analyst role to leverage my system management and networking experience while further developing my skills in C/C++ and security analysis.
I am engaged in freelance bug bounty hunting.
MiniSOC: Home Laboratory & Cybersecurity Development Project Following my transition in July 2025, I completed the TalentCoders Cybersecurity Summer Camp and launched “MiniSOC,” a self-funded home cybersecurity/IT laboratory project. This initiative is designed to advance my technical expertise in network security and IT infrastructure through hands-on simulation in a controlled environment. Core Infrastructure Firewall & Routing FortiGate 60E, MikroTik hEX E50UG, MikroTik RB750GR2, and 2x Netgear R7800 (OpenWRT / IDS). I successfully restored a second-hand MikroTik RB750GR2 that was in critical condition. The previous system administrator had mistakenly sprayed WD-40 into the device for “maintenance,” which, combined with PoE usage, caused ports 3 and 4 to melt. After a successful hardware recovery, I used this device to test custom Anti-DDoS firewall rules by simulating high-traffic attacks from four internal lab machines to verify its resilience. The entire recovery and stress-testing process has been documented in detail on my Medium blog. Switching 2x Cisco 3560-CX (8 Port) and 1x Cisco 3560 (48 Port) V1. Compute & Firewall IPS/IDS Lenovo M700 (upgraded to i7-6700T / 16GB RAM), currently used for OPNsense testing. Upon successful validation, I plan to migrate my Trigkey Green G4 into an OPNsense firewall role. Lab Endpoints 2x Raspberry Pi 2 for EDR management and a fleet of 11+ test machines ranging from Windows XP to Windows Server 2019 and 2025 Datacenter. Technical Discipline I apply a “Zero Trust” approach to hardware onboarding. Every second-hand device is analyzed via Wireshark for malicious persistence and flashed with verified firmware before integration into the environment. I am actively developing this project, focusing on vulnerability research and network hardening as I prepare for my next professional role. Also this my medium blog: https://mrdelta.medium.com
Since April 2023, I have been promoted to Elite Technician for premium enterprise-grade computer systems operating in large-scale corporate environments. In this role, I provide remote technical support, perform advanced software maintenance, and manage end-to-end service workflows in accordance with strict SLA requirements. I coordinate the delivery and installation of replacement parts by field technicians and oversee spare part procurement when required by enterprise customers. I am responsible for monitoring service lifecycle processes and ensuring that all open cases are resolved within defined SLA timeframes. Additionally, I conduct annual system maintenance and advanced troubleshooting for Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems. To maintain system security and stability, I perform malware scans, port inspections, and PowerShell-based diagnostics. In enterprise escalation scenarios, I contributed to advanced-level troubleshooting and cross-team coordination under manufacturer supervision. I regularly communicate field findings to production engineers to facilitate updated driver releases and improve overall product reliability. This process includes analyzing feedback from dispatched field technicians, authorized service centers, and recurring reports from end users regarding software instability or unresolved hardware failures. Additionally, I provided L1-L3 level support to end users via live support and phone, and in special cases handled advanced overseas escalation requests (L4-equivalent scope) within my professional responsibilities.
I provided outsourced technical support to a global computer and hardware manufacturer. My responsibilities included remote software support for devices running Windows 7, 10, and 11, as well as Android tablets and Chrome OS. In enterprise escalation cases, I assisted in advanced troubleshooting processes under manufacturer coordination, contributing to structured incident resolution workflows. For Windows systems, I utilized PowerShell to perform driver updates, diagnostics, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and stability. In cases of hardware failure, I managed service ticket creation and coordinated shipments to authorized service centers, as onsite technician dispatch was not available for these operations.
I did my associate degree internship at Türk Telekom field operations department as intern technician. In my position, I took on tasks such as managing fault records according to SLA time, detecting faults in lines, examining and reporting faults in fiber and copper line cables, GPON and router setup.
I completed my high school internship as a trainee technician for approximately one year. During this period, I performed tasks such as troubleshooting printers, maintaining devices like switches and routers, repairing and refurbishing defective equipment to make them reusable, and directing computers to the relevant service centers. I was responsible for managing fault records in accordance with SLA requirements. Additionally, I handled tasks including joining and removing Windows 10 and Windows 7 devices to/from the Active Directory domain, preparing sales computers with CentOS installations, maintaining an inventory of company-owned devices using Excel, and providing support for Windows Server systems.
