Barnabás Hajas is Associate Professor at the Constitutional Law Department of Pázmány Péter Catholic University Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, and he is judge at the Kúria (Supreme court of Hungary). Formerly he worked at the Ministry of Justice of Hungary and the Hungarian Ombudsman's Office. His main research interests are human rights (esp. freedom of assembly) and public order policing, and administrative procedural law.
