Oversaw the sourcing and international shipping of solar glass panels, metallic structures, and heat-transfer film from Japan, ensuring zero-damage transit and on-time delivery under EPC timelines. Negotiated and executed global vendor contracts across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation scopes, achieving over 12% cost optimization through supplier consolidation and freight synergies.
