I represent clients in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing of commercial multifamily, retail, office, hotel, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of pro bono initiatives, including representing The Real Estate Council Community Fund in providing loans to nonprofit organizations, interviewing and evaluating cases for The Laredo Project, and creating lease negotiation materials to assist nonprofits and small businesses during and post-COVID-19.
