• Writes copy for official HKCEC publications and social media channels in both Chinese and English • Assists in coordinate photography and videography arrangement during major exhibitions and events
• Manages on-site setups, technical rehearsals and AV coordinations • Sources, negotiated with and briefs external suppliers • Acts as a daily contact for clients and provides progress update • Tracks budgets and manages invoices • Converts clients needs into clear brief for production Major clients: AIA, Beijing Tong Ren Tang, Coca-cola, Chow Tai Fook Life, COSME, doTERRA,Hill's Pet Nutrition, The Hong Kong Council of Social Service
• Coordinates the end-to-end implementation of digital media campaigns, ensuring correct ad placement and targeting • Monitors live campaign metics to adjust budget ms and optimise performance across platforms • Compiles post-campaign analysis and weekly reports to showcase results and manages the end-to-end billing with vendors Major clients: The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (HSH) and Carlsberg Group
• Conducts research on target audience and competitors • Monitors performance metrics for digital media campaigns and help draft summary reports Major clients: AIA and Heng Seng Bank
• Assists in drafting copy and scheduling posts for social media channels • Conducts competitor analysis and market research • Supports the team in organizing promotional events and tracking campaign performance
